Christmas

Now that I got a few days to recover from the whole Christmas experience, I think I could recap a little now. Remember when Christmas used to be fun? Apparently, it's only so for kids. Adults, once they get to the point when they are capable of purchasing things for themselves, really only sees it as a looming occasion when they have to figure out what to get for other people they really don't know. Chris and I stopped buying each other gifts a couple years back since we get each other stuff through out the year. He was never all that into Christmas anyways. Now that we have a child though, we are making more of an effort to at least recognize the day. I was pretty determine to not have Miss T be too overwhelmed with stuff. We got her a few things, but they're toys that helps her work on her standing and walking skills like a playing table and a walker. The play mat has been put away, to make room for the new toys. I think I will definitely start that tradition of whenever she gets new toy, something old will definitely have to go.
